Why do I pay Appraisal fees when my bank demands it?

From your lender's point of view, they would not have to incur this expense except for your goal of accessing investment money. It essentially protects both the home-owner and the lender from over-paying for a property or renovation, or under-insuring the residence.

How long has Aura been in business?

 Aura International Inc. was incorporated on December 22, 1997 for the purpose of pursuing international construction contracts. The company was used as an appraisal contracting business from July 3, 2001 to October 16, 2008 when it was changed to Aura Appraisals Inc. in order to operate an independent appraisal consulting company.
